End User License Agreement for OhMyBot

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:
This is an English translation of the German text, which is the sole authoritative version.
This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Maysami Soft regarding the use of the software product identified above ("OhMyBot"). The Software includes computer software and any "online" or electronic documentation. By installing, copying or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. GRANT OF LICENCE: This EULA grants you the following rights:
- Software. You can download the Software from the website www.ohmybot.com.
With buying the software you purchase a license key sent to you by email. The license key for the Software may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers and different persons.
OhMyBot is protected through Digital Right Management. You must have a working internet connection. OhMyBot authenticates your license key online at each program start.
In case of a server failure a program start may not be possible. In such a case just wait for a certain amount of time and retry later.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS:
- Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and  Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
- Separation of Components. This Software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one machine.
- Rental. You may not lease, rent or sublicense the Software.
- You may not modify the Software or create derivate works based upon the software.
- License key transfer. You may not transfer the license key to other persons.
- Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Maysami Soft may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.

3. UPDATES:
With the purchase of OhMyBot license key you get 1 year of free updates (beginning with the purchase date).

4. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Maysami Soft be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, fraud or other criminal act, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of use of or inability to use this product, even if Maysami Soft has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. TERM AND TERMINATION:
Violation of this Agreement will terminate Licensee's license (disabling of the license key) to use the Software. In this case there will be no refund of purchased price.

6. Application law:
Only German law applies to the engagement, its conduct and any claims arising therefrom.
